Refund & Cancellation Policy

Flight Simulator Recurring Programs

 

1. Subscription Billing

Our flight simulator programs are offered on a recurring bi-weekly subscription billed at CAD $495 every two (2) weeks).

By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.

 

2. Refund Policy

Due to simulator scheduling, instructor availability, and operational costs:

All payments are non-refundable

No refunds for missed, late, or unused sessions

No refunds for partially used billing periods

 

Subscription fees are charged for access, scheduling, and availability, not guaranteed usage

 

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the next billing date

Late cancellations may result in the next scheduled charge being processed

Cancellation stops future billing only and does not result in a refund

 

4. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with minimum 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability

Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session

Rescheduling is not guaranteed

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

At our sole discretion, credits (not refunds) may be issued for:

Simulator malfunction or technical failure

Instructor cancellation without a suitable replacement

Weather-related or personal cancellations are not refundable.

 

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

Immediate suspension of simulator access

Termination of the subscription

Loss of future booking privileges

 

7. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
