Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Certain items (custom-built, special orders, or opened electronics) may be non-returnable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds: Getting your money back
